1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, services, coaching sessions, consultations, seminars, webinars, online programs, retreats, and digital content provided by UrbanSoulwork.

By booking or using any offer, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
UrbanSoulwork offers coaching, consulting, and support services in the fields of personal development, consciousness work, trauma healing, relationship work, spirituality, and related topics.
Services may take place online or in person.
The exact scope of each service is determined by the current offer description on the website, during the booking process, or through individual agreements.
3. No Medical or Healing Promise
The services provided by UrbanSoulwork are intended for personal growth and self-exploration.
They do not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or psychiatric treatment.
No healing promises are made.
Clients are fully responsible for their physical and mental health as well as for their decisions during and after the collaboration.
If a client suffers from existing psychological conditions or severe trauma-related disorders, additional medical or therapeutic support is strongly recommended.
4. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of offers on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer.
A contract is concluded through:
written confirmation of a booking,
scheduling of an appointment,
registration for a webinar, course, or retreat,
or payment of the agreed fee.
UrbanSoulwork reserves the right to decline requests without stating reasons.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
All prices are stated in the respective indicated currency.
Payment may be made via bank transfer, online payment, or other offered payment methods.
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due before the service begins.
In the case of installment payments, the client commits to paying all agreed installments on time.
In the event of delayed payment, UrbanSoulwork reserves the right to suspend or refuse services.
6. Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Scheduled appointments are binding.
Individual appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment.
For cancellations made later or in case of no-show, the full amount may be charged.
Separate cancellation policies may apply for retreats, workshops, or multi-part programs. These will be specified within the respective offer.
UrbanSoulwork reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments for important reasons.
In such cases, payments already made will be refunded in full. No further claims may be made.
7. Digital Content and Online Offers
Digital content, documents, recordings, PDFs, and access data are intended solely for personal use.
Sharing, publishing, reproducing, or commercially using any content without the explicit written consent of UrbanSoulwork is prohibited.
8. Confidentiality
UrbanSoulwork commits to treating all information received during the collaboration confidentially.
This does not apply where disclosure is required by law.
Clients also agree to treat personal information shared by other participants within group programs confidentially.
9. Personal Responsibility
Participation in all offers is at the client’s own responsibility.
Each client is responsible for assessing their own physical, emotional, and psychological capacity.
UrbanSoulwork is not liable for decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from the implementation of the provided content.
10. Liability
UrbanSoulwork is only liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of profit is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
Use of the website and its content is at the user’s own responsibility.
11. Copyright
All content, texts, concepts, documents, videos, audios, and materials provided by UrbanSoulwork are protected by copyright.
Use is permitted for personal purposes only.
Any reproduction, distribution, or publication without written permission is prohibited.
12. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the UrbanSoulwork Privacy Policy.

13. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
For digital products or services that are provided immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal may expire prematurely if the client expressly agrees that the service begins before the withdrawal period has ended.
Detailed information regarding the right of withdrawal is provided during the booking process.
14. Final Provisions
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the country in which UrbanSoulwork is based shall apply, insofar as legally permissible.
Place of jurisdiction — where legally permitted — is the registered office of UrbanSoulwork.
